bwin use $143 million for Gioco Digitale

Shares of the company's Austrian online gaming entertainment bwin Interactive Entertainment have jumped in early morning trade after the company confirmed it was in the final phase of the acquisition Gioco Digitale, one of the oldest sites in Italy online games . According to the announcement, the board of directors of both companies and their shareholders have agreed in principle to the conditions to acquire 100% of Gioco Digitale, but said that despite the acquisition progresses, there can be no certainty of reaching a binding agreement on the final agreement. The details of the transaction were not disclosed at this point size. Daniel Stewart & Company analyst James Hollins, told Reuters he believed the purchase price of approximately 100 million euros (143 million) and expects the deal to increase revenue by bwin.
